the breakfast had so much to offer and was so delicious. our room was a cabana room. the location was perfect. the room had good air conditioning and was always such a wonderful temperature. i seemed like i was in my own world.
i was Disappointed that our request for extra pillows was not addressed .

the hotel featured multiple pools, including an adult-only section, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere for all guests and there were always ample sunbeds available, so a space was always open. the pool area also had a convenient poolside snack service.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to assist, specially when we needed directions or taxi service. they welcomed us with warm drinks. cleaning staff maintained the room daily, providing excellent service.

its location offered easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, only a short walk away. views of the sea and mountains offered different but similar fine scenery. it was very close to the beach, just opposite of it.

The hotel's location across the street from the beach provided fine sunset views. The included hot breakfast was a great start to each day. The bar on the second floor offered a warm fire during the spring nights. The helpful staff ensured any needs were addressed promptly.
The room service menu had limited options after 10 pm.

The pool area includes four different pools, one is for adults only (a nice touch!). There was always enough space and available sunbeds, eliminating any worry about finding a spot. The setting was very relaxing.

The hotel faces the beach, a perfect location with Table Mountain and the Apostles as a backdrop. The scenery was constantly changing. Each moment offered something new. The views were fabulous from morning until sunset.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas, something I found consistently true. The dining areas had a good choice of food, catering to different tastes. The twice weekly barbecue nights were excellent (i loved the steak!).

The room included a coffee machine, a kettle, and a mini-bar fridge. My room had a sea view and was a lovely size. The room was well kept, ensuring a comfortable environment. The room was upgraded on arrival.

The location right across from the beach WAS pretty good.
I booked two rooms. One wasn't even available upon arrival. They offered an upgrade for ONE night, then a move. The air conditioning needed repair TWICE. Some things like the bath plug just didn't work. I WAS disappointed.

every staff member were friendly. a quiet stay it was. i found the location to be nice. the restaurants available were good.
the cleaningness was not the best. it took a very long time to have someone pick up my food.
